Compact Panning Machine

Compact, for universal use, easy to operate, low cost
The panning machine is docked on to the pastry line. The compact design and construction mean that even bakeries with limited space available can profit from this enhancement in efficiency. With a few hand movements, the machine can be set up to feed baking sheets from the left, from the right or from the machine end. The Compact panning machine can be used to automatically pan flat products such as pizza, vol-au-vents, ciabatta or wholemeal seed rolls as well as folded fine pastries such as strudel, nut or sausage rolls, chocolate rolls as well as turnovers. Depending on the product dimensions, the baking sheet support can be quickly and easily adjusted to the optimal drop height by means of a handwinding wheel. The usable width is 600 mm, which means it fits onto most pastry lines such as Rondolino, Polyline, Starline etc.

Easy operation and cleaning
During development of the machine, a great deal of attention was paid to ensuring easy operation and setting of the parameters. It has easy-to-clean, smooth surfaces made of stainless steel. All motors and cables are fitted inside the machine structure.

The control elements are very easy to understand. The machine has clearly legible scales, making it very user friendly. The handwinding wheel can be used to set the extraction length quickly and easily.

The maximum capacity of the baking sheets for deep-frozen products can be fully exploited by shifting the sheets manually to the side up to fixed limit points.
