Kombi is an electronic dough sheeter and long moulding machine. The control system is very user friendly, easy to program and operate. It has 19 long moulding programs, 30 sheeting programs and 1 round moulding program. It takes up very little space and is very versatile – a reliable multipurpose machine. Kombi is suitable for:
