For decades now, the Manomat and Automat have stood for the highest performance capability and functionality. These are the mechanical dough sheeters for particularly large amounts of dough or for multilayer deployment. The roller adjusting wheel and unique synchronous gear ensure maximum operator convenience. The infinitely variable roller adjustment enables an exact setting of the required minimum final thickness. This provides you with longer sheets from the same amount of dough, and therefore more products. The automatic roller adjustment of the Automat makes it easy for less qualified personnel to produce straight and consistent dough sheets.


Perfect sheeting for everyone
Constant rolling steps are the basis of high and consistent quality. The automatic roller adjustment mechanism of the Automat always guarantees the same rolling steps no matter who operates the machine. The operator merely selects one of the four programs and the Automat automatically adjusts the rollers. It goes without saying that you can also adjust the rollers on the Automat individually. On the Manomat, roller adjustment is exclusively manual.


Simple operation
The special roller adjusting wheel enables you to open and close the rollers very quickly and easily. The running direction can be switched with an ergonomic operating lever. This enables you to stand beside the machine head to keep an eye on the dough sheet during sheeting.


Absolutely precise sheeting
If you want to produce consistent pastries, you need to have an exact dough thickness. Especially in the range below 2 mm, every tenth of a millimetre is important. This is why the setting scale of the Manomat and Automat is staggered and the distances between the numbers for small dough thicknesses are especially large, enabling you to set the desired dough thickness precisely and easily.


Cleaning made easy
You clean the scrapers quickly and without tools with a few hand movements. All other parts to be cleaned are also easily accessible. A flour collecting tray prevents flour loss and reduces soiling.


The unique synchronous gear
You are bound to know the effect that thin dough sheets tend to jam up, create waves and can finally even break. The synchronous gear of the Manomat and Automat solves this problem quickly and easily. Simply press the switchover lever downwards and the waves disappear immediately. The synchronous gear reduces the feeding speed so that the doughs roll out perfectly with the thinnest final thickness.
