RONDO MLC – Feeding Lines

Three different base systems feed your pastry line automatically with a continuous dough sheet. The systems differ with regard to the number of layers of dough / fat you can create in one pass.

Feeding Line
The Feeding Line rolls your blocks of dough into an endless, low-tension dough sheet and automatically feeds pastry lines and croissant machines. The ideal supplement to the MLC Block Lines.

L-Laminating Line with one fan-folding station
You can use an L-Laminating Line to produce blocks of dough and to feed a pastry line. It is the ideal line when you want to leave your blocks of dough to rest. First of all, you produce blocks of dough on the MLC. After these have rested, you place them on the MLC and process them to form a continuous dough sheet with the desired number of layers and then feed your pastry line.

U-Laminating Line with two fan-folding stations
The U-Laminating Line is equipped with a second fan-folding station, enabling it to produce up to 100 layers fully automatically in one pass. It then feeds these layers to a pastry line or a croissant system. It is the ideal machine when your manufacturing process does not involve dough resting.
