RONDO MLC – dough block production

Three different MLC systems are available to you for automatic block production. The systems differ with regard to the number of layers you can create in one pass.

Block Line the entry model for automated block production
The Block Line automatically shapes a dough-fat-dough sheet with one layer and cuts it into pieces. These pieces can be folded manually to form blocks of dough.


L-Block Line with one fan-folding station
In addition to the Block Line, this line has a fan-folding station. It can be used to produce four to ten layers automatically. The ideal line when you want to leave your doughs to rest.


U-Block Line with two fan-folding stations
This line is equipped with two fan-folding stations. You can use it to produce blocks with up to 100 layers in one pass.


Feeding Line
The ideal supplement to the MLC Block Lines. The Feeding Line rolls your blocks of dough into an endless, low-tension dough sheet and automatically feeds pastry lines and croissant machines.
