RONDO MLC
The RONDO Modular Laminating Concept (MLC) is a system for the production of blocks of dough and feeding pastry lines. It provides bakeries with the possibility to switch gradually from artisanal production to the continuous manufacture of pastries. Even with the smallest version of the MLC, you lower production costs and simultaneously improve quality.

The different system layouts enable efficient solutions for the production of continuous dough sheets and for feeding pastry lines. You have a choice of six different base systems, which can cover more or less every requirement. The modular design enables you to extend the system – quickly and easily and without replacing the control system. A combination of the RONDO MLC and Smartline is the ideal solution if you want to process not only laminated doughs but also soft bread and yeast doughs.
