Thin dough calibrating unit
The dough sheets pre-sheeted on the dough sheeter are joined and sheeted to the desired final thickness using the special thin dough calibrating unit. Depending on the desired final thickness and production speed, a number of calibrating units ate deployed in succession.

Simple operation
The roller gap can be adjusted simply and precisely using a handwinding wheel. A digital display indicates the current setting.
Exact calibration
The calibrating unit is equipped with solid upper and lower rollers that have been specially developed for thin dough processing. The desired final thickness can be set precisely and the dough sheet is sheeted consistently.
Simple cleaning
Smooth stainless steel surfaces make cleaning fast and easy; special thin dough scrapers made of metal prevent dough from sticking to the calibrating unit rollers.
