We exhibit many solutions from small to big at the Südback 2017 trade show

From 23rd to the 26th of September, at the Südback exhibition in Stuttgart/Germany we will be presenting high-quality machinery and equipment for the production of pastries, bread and rolls, pizzas, croissants and donuts. You can find us in hall 7, on stand B11.

This year, we are showing an MLC Block Line, an automated solution for the production of laminated dough blocks. This solution is not only relatively trouble-free and far more efficient than a reversible sheeter, leading to more precise layering. In addition, bakers can replace expensive fat plates with lower-priced fat blocks and thus realise significant cost savings, especially when using butter for lamination. The MLC is designed for 24/7 operation and is characterised by a modern hygienic concept, easy operation and low energy consumption.

At Südback, RONDO is showing for the first time the shorter version of the well-known make-up line Ecoline. The new Ecoline SEL401 offers bakers the possibility to produce automatically numerous pastries on a length of only 4 m.

In addition, we present the Cut & Check bread machine for the production of accurately weighed loaves and rolls. This compact machine gently processes all types of bread dough, from soft ciabatta or rye to firm dough. The time-controlled precision weighing system ensures highly accurate weight of the final products.

For the first time, we are showing a newly developed flour duster which is characterised by extremely low energy consumption. This innovative flour duster requires only 5% of the energy of the previous solution and also has considerably increased control of the quantity of flour.

The high-performance Compas HD electronic sheeter, Manomat mechanical sheeter, the well-known Kombi in addition to the high-performance Starline make-up line round off the wide range of RONDO equipment exhibited at Südback.

Our product range covers the requirements of the artisanal baker right through to industrial producers.

You can experience the performance of our machines and equipment at many daily live demonstrations!

For decades, we have been developing Dough-how, a unique combination of knowledge and experience in sheeting and shaping of dough. Therefore, a visit to RONDO in Hall 7, Stand B11 is worthwhile not only because of the powerful and innovative machines, but also because of the possibility to discuss products, technology and processes with our Dough-how Specialists.
