There are three Dough-how Centers around the world where you can test recipes, give presentations, complete production tests and receive training.
At our headquarters in Burgdorf, we provide you with expert demonstrations presentations of RONDO dough sheeters as well as semi- and fully-automatic dough block, feeding and make-up lines. Every month, we welcome specialists from the baked goods production sector from all over the world.
The development and production centre for our ASTec industrial lines is located in Schio in the North Italian province of Vicenza. Our Dough-how centres are equipped with complete production lines to demonstrate the full potential of our technology industrialise production of baked goods.

The Dough-how Center for America and Canada is located in Moonachie in the American state of New Jersey. Our master baker and his team will show you our installations and accessories in action, enabling you to make the right decisions for your business.
