Wednesday, 14th May 2025 - Arrival Day & Welcome Dinner
- Arrival in Switzerland & check-in in the hotel
- Welcome Dinner at 7:00 pm
Thursday, 15th May 2025 - Customer Day
- Launch new generation of make-up line
- Demonstration in the RONDO Dough-how Center
- Product trends and portfolio overview
- Surprise Swiss Evening - Farewell Dinner
Friday, 16th May 2025 - Departure Day and optional Company Tours
- Departure, check-out in the hotel and individual journey back home
- Optional participation for customers only:
4 differenct factory tours at Swiss bakeries (Friday morning, duration 1 hour)
Limited number of participants: 10 people each tour
Incl. transfer from the hotel to the company tour location, then continue to Zurich Main Station and Zurich Airport -> latest arrival at Zurich Airport at 1:00 pm
Customer Information
As part of a new concept for World Conference 2025, the first day of the event, 14th May 2025, will be dedicated to RONDO dealers. Your dealer contact person will attend the Dealer Day on 14th May 2025 - you can meet your dealer on Wednesday evening at the Welcome Dinner at 7:00 pm.
Language of the event: English
The RONDO World Conference is international - we expect guests from all continents. Please note, that all information (presentations, demonstrations, discussions...) will be in English only.

We have pre-booked rooms in several hotels in Bern and Burgdorf, Switzerland, for the RONDO World Conference 2025. You will receive more information after registration.

- Accommodation 14th-16th May 2025 (pre-booked by RONDO)
- Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, 14th May 2025
- Daily transfers, catering & drinks during the Customer Day on 15th May 2025 (exception bar/minibar)
- For participants of the company tours on Friday, 16th May 2025: Transfer by bus to the company tour locations, then continue to Zurich Main Station and Zurich Airport (no return journey to Bern or Langenthal to the hotels)
At your costs
- Your journey to Bern or Langenthal, Switzerland (flight, train, bus, car)
- Catering & drinks on the day of arrival and departure (the event starts on Wednesday evening, 14th May 2025, at 7:00 pm)
- Consumption at the bar/minibar in the hotel (all the days)
Recommendation for flight booking
If you book your flight to Switzerland, we recommend landing preferably at Zurich Airport on Wednesday afternoon, 14th May 2025.
Do not forget to include a transfer time by train of approx. 90 minutes from Zurich Airport to the hotels in Bern.
