- Optional participation: 4 individual company tours at Swiss bakeries
Limited number of participants: 10 people each tour, no dealer accepted

Customer Invitation
With a new concept for World Conference 2025, the second event day 15th May 2025 is specially reserved for your customers. We expect you to bring 2 potential customers with an interest or an open make-up line project. Otherwise you can only participate on Dealer Day 14th May 2025. Thank you for your understanding and your support.
Language of the event: English
The RONDO World Conference is international - we expect guests from all continents. Please note, that all information (presentations, demonstrations, discussions...) will be in English only.

For the RONDO World Conference 2025 we have pre-booked rooms in several hotels in Bern/Switzerland. You will receive more information after registration.
What RONDO offers / At your cost
What RONDO offers
- Daily transfers, catering & drinks during the Dealer Day and the Customer Day on 14th/15th May 2025 (exception bar/minibar) -> If you don’t bring customers, RONDO will only pay for Dealer Day on 14th May 2025
At your costs
- Your journey to Bern/Switzerland (flight, train, bus, car)
- Accommodation 13th-16th May 2025 (pre-booked by RONDO, a room for single use costs ca. CHF 170/per night)
- Catering & drinks on the day of arrival and departure (no welcome dinner on 13th May 2025, the event starts on Wednesday morning 14th May 2025)
- Consumption at the bar/mini-bar in the hotel (all the days)
Recommendation for flight booking
If you book your flight to Switzerland, we recommend landing preferably at Zurich Airport on Tuesday afternoon, 13th May 2025.
Do not forget to include a transfer time by train of approx. 90 minutes from Zurich Airport to the hotels in Bern.
