The EVO Line is an industrial-grade feeding and laminating line, throughput capacity between 1000 and 2000 kg per hour. It is characterised by its high process reliability and gentle dough processing.

To ensure a gentle sheeting action, the EVO Line has a large satellite head with two lower rollers (option), cross roller and calibrator. Three models are available. The line components of each model are perfectly matched to the specified production doughs:

  • EVO Line SD: for soft doughs (bread, donuts, pizza…)
  • EVO Line LD: for laminated doughs (puff-pastry, Danish-pastry and croissant doughs)
  • EVO Line MP: multifunctional solution for the production of soft and firm doughs
The EVO Line is available in "I", "L" or "U" layouts and in 700 mm and 900 mm working widths, depending on the configuration.
