RONDO showcases wide range at the IBIE exhibition

True to the motto "Dough-how & more" we present innovations for the production of premium bakery products in the platforms of bread, pizza, pastries, and croissants at IBIE booth # 5837.

RONDO, the Swiss manufacturer of dough processing machines and systems will be exhibiting many innovations and enhancements for artisanal, semi-industrial and industrial production. Also present at the booth is RONDO Industrial Solutions (RIS). RIS is our contact for industrial customers, when it comes to industrial technology and processes.

Wide range of make-up lines
We will show on the booth three different types of make-up lines, Starline, Polyline and Ecoline. The top model is the Starline, a user-friendly, robust make-up line boasting unparalleled performance combined with modern hygiene properties. The Starline adapts perfectly to baker’s needs and preferences and to the space requirements and work processes on site in the bakery. It can be equipped with the advanced RONDO Control Concept, which makes operation simpler, faster and above all safer, even for non-skilled operators. The visualization includes the entire production line, so operation is intuitive and streamlined.

The compact Polyline is designed for small to medium-sized businesses and comprises full flexibility on a small footprint. There are numerous accessories available which automates production of virtually all rolled, folded, filled, decorated or shaped pastries. All of our make-up lines can be fed automatically with our Smartline Feeding line or our Laminating lines or from reeled dough bands produced on one of our dough sheeters.

The Ecoline is our small make-up line which allows bakeries to begin automated production for folded and rolled pastry products. The Ecoline unites all the qualities that characterize our machines at a very attractive price. This make-up line is available in two lengths, 13 and 20 feet.

New developed system for bend croissants
The Cromaster is a compact croissant for an output of between 4000 (2-row production) and 24,000 croissants (8-row production) per hour. In addition to its compact and space-saving design, the Cromaster is characterized by a high process reliability. The adjustable curling unit (patent pending) allows the production of both tightly and loosely curled croissants.

The Laminating line on our booth is designed for an hourly output up to 4400 lbs per hour. In addition to its modern design, this line is characterized by a high process reliability and gentle dough processing. For high-end industrial production, we present the industrial ASTec lines. All these systems are designed in the famous ASTec design (Advanced Sanitary Technology) according to the latest hygiene guidelines.

RONDO presents Dough-how
We do not only present new machinery, but also offer Dough-how Services, combining expert knowledge and experience in both dough and technology. Bakers can experience RONDO’s Dough-how services in our fully equipped demo center based in New Jersey.

As always, welcoming visitors to the RONDO booth, will be the combined expertise of our whole team, available to answer questions on all aspects of manufacturing processes and production equipment for baked goods. The unit "RONDO Industrial Solutions" - an independent group for consultation and sales of industrial equipment - will also be available to provide advice for industrial customers and act as a consultant and technology provider.
