The RONDO Artisana is designed purely for the high-volume production of premium quality artisanal baked goods in many different sizes and shapes. For the gentle, weight-accurate processing of highly hydrogenated or rested doughs, the Artisana scores with numerous innovative solutions. Most outstanding of all is the RONDObot, a 6-axis industrial robot for gentle and super-customisable round moulding of sensitive dough pieces in several steps. Tool changes are fully automatic, using RFID coding.
The RONDObot, moreover, is an open system for future new tools.
