RONDO CS – A new generation of industrial croissant systems

For industrial croissant production, RONDO presents the newly developed industrial croissant system RONDO CS at iba. This modular system for the production of croissants offers modular standardised solutions, thereby meeting the different requirements of industrial customers for capacity and flexibility. The heart of the RONDO CS is the newly developed twin turning unit, where two rows of croissants are turned simultaneously. Thus, the RONDO CS achieves a maximum production capacity of more than 150,000 croissants per hour (at 17 rows production) and in the best product quality in terms of curling and uniformity. Besides RONDO CS, RIS will be showing the new MIDOS universal industrial dough band former for bread lines processing soft dough and pre-fermented dough. Of course all these systems are designed in the famous ASTec design (Advanced Sanitary Technology) according to the latest hygiene guidelines.
