To change products, simply select the new program. All parameters for the line, the filling depositor, the calibrator and the electrically driven accessories are applied automatically. This helps you avoid operating errors and reduces changeover times to a minimum.

The precision double cutting station with counter-pressure rollers has space for two cutting rollers. You can cut your dough band lengthwise and add a decorative pattern at the same time. Alternatively, you can also cut out a wide variety of shapes.

Soft, creamy or firm fillings are applied to the dough band in one to six rows.
RONDO has the right filling depositor for every type of filling. All models are quick and easy to clean.

Rolling
Small puff pastries, large yeast buns or rolled fruit loaf? The wide range of RONDO dough rollers makes all of that possible, producing perfectly rolled dough bands. The buns can then be imprinted or decorated with a scissor pattern.
Folding
Folding
RONDO folding stations can be used to produce a wide variety of baked goods, no matter if the dough is folded once, twice or multiple times. The folded strands can be cut crosswise or stamped into shapes.
