Your Arrival
Recommendation for Flight Booking
If you book your flight to Switzerland, we recommend landing preferably at Zurich airport on Wednesday afternoon, 14th May 2025.
Do not forget to include a transfer time by train of approx. 90 minutes from Zurich airport to the hotels in Bern or Burgdorf.
Public Transport
You can buy your train ticket conveniently after your arrival at Zurich airport at the ticket counter or from the ticket machine. No early ticket booking or seat reservation is necessary on your journey from the airport to Berne or Burgdorf.

Information on the weather
In May, temperatures in Switzerland are between 10° and 20° Celsius. The nights are still rather cool and rain is not uncommon - and yet it can already be very warm. Be sure to pack a warm jacket and an umbrella in your luggage!

The RONDO World Conference is international - we expect guests from all continents. Please note, that all information (presentations, demonstrations, discussions etc.) will be in English only.

The RONDO World Confernce 2025 will be accompanied by photographers throughout the day. By providing your arrival and departure details, you have consented to pictures and videos being taken and published later.
Dealer Information
As part of a new concept for World Conference 2025, the first day of the event, May 14th 2025, will be dedicated to you as our RONDO dealer. Your customer contact person will attend the Customer Day on May 15th 2025 - you can meet your customer a first time on Wednesday evening at the Welcome Dinner at 19.00.
