RONDO is a financially self sufficient and stable family-owned company We remunerate our employees based on local market conditions and offer them the opportunity to be actively involved in the success of the company. Remuneration is determined based on a number of parameters including the role, level of experience and qualifications.
Flexible working hours
We offer flexible working hours and options to work from home, enabling you to strike a good work-life balance. Working part-time is also possible at RONDO. We close down manufacturing operations for two weeks in the summer and over Christmas and the New Year.

Apprenticeship at RONDO
Every year, motivated young people join our team. We are currently training 28 apprentices in five different discplines. We are proud that they represent 12% of our employees.
