Thanks to the pre-set roller reduction curves and the precisely adjustable final thickness stop, your dough will always be rolled out evenly and accurately to the desired final thickness. The adjustable scale allows for precise adjustment, particularly for dough bands less than 5 mm wide. The result is gently produced dough bands and blocks of consistently high quality – regardless of who is operating the machine. For special-purpose applications, the roller can be adjusted manually at any time.
