RONDO shows Dough-how at the Südback exhibition

The Südback exhibition runs from 22nd to 25th October 2016, it is held in Stuttgart, Germany. At the show, on stand B11 in Hall 7, RONDO will present its range of high quality machines and installations for the production of pastry, bread, pizzas, croissants donuts and much more.

The Swiss made product range of dough processing equipment covers the requirements of the artisan baker right through to industrial producers.

This year we exhibit, amongst other things, a multi-functional production line for medium and large bakeries for the production of pastries, rolls and croissants. Here, the powerful Starline make-up line is combined with the compact Cromaster croissant machine. This solution is designed for 24/7 use and is characterised by a modern hygiene concept, easy operation and a low energy consumption.

In addition, we will show the Cut & Check bread machine for producing breads and rolls with high weight accuracy. This compact machine gently processes all bread doughs from soft ciabatta or rye dough up to firm dough. The time controlled precision weighing system ensures very high weight accuracy of the final products.

Completing the spectrum of our RONDO machines at the Südback show will be the powerful Compas HD electronic sheeter, the well-known Kombi electronic sheeting and moulding machine and the compact Polyline make-up line.

There will be numerous live demonstrations where visitors can experience the capabilities of the machines and lines.
