Retrofit kits
A retrofit keeps your RONDO installation electronically up to date, saves costs through targeted component replacement and provides you with the latest software updates. At the same time, you conserve resources by continuing to use your existing mechanics and modernising the machine sustainably instead of replacing it completely. You can easily check the upgrade options directly with RONDO using the serial number and receive individual advice quickly.
Inspection contracts
With the RONDO inspection contract, you can ensure that your installation continues to perform at its best. Our service technicians will inspect your machine once a year and prepare a final report with specific recommendations for action. The contract runs for one to three years and can be combined with attractive discounts on spare parts.
Maintenance contracts & warranty extensions
A RONDO maintenance contract ensures that your system remains reliable and ready for use. Our experts carry out regular servicing, replace wear parts and thus ensure smooth operation. In combination with an extended warranty, you benefit from additional security: the warranty for your new installation can be extended by one or two years – for long-term investment protection and maximum production reliability.
Retrofit Kit
Our retrofit kit comprises three perfectly matched components: CPU, touch panel and frequency inverter. These are only available as a complete set to ensure maximum compatibility and system stability.
The retrofit kit is available for MLC 4.0 and Smartline.
CPU
The CPU (central processing unit) is the heart of the machine control system. Replacing it will bring your installation up to the latest technological standards and ensure that it remains reliable in operation in the long term.
Touch Panel
The touch panel is the central user interface for your machine. As older versions are no longer available, it will be replaced with a modern panel as part of the retrofit – for easier operation and greater process reliability.
Frequency inverter
The frequency inverter (frequency converter) ensures that the motors in your line always run at the optimum speed. The new inverter improves energy efficiency and makes drive control more precise.
